Volunteers

ASTR volunteers underpin our work at our Ballina facility, contributing to both rescue and rehabilitation effort. We provide intensive training, and offer a mentored support system to all our volunteers.  Every one  of our team makes a difference, whether it be hands-on rescue, intensive animal care, data management  or property maintenance.  The rewards are many and varied...just check the smiles on our volunteers at our releases.
